Holiday Stockings

It’s the most of the wonderful time of the year!

holidaystocking 2019

Laing House is seeking donations for our annual holiday stockings. As is tradition, each Laing member receives a stocking that’s chock-full of treats, clothing items, goodies and much needed essential items. Delivered at our Laing House holiday dinner held mid-December, these stockings are intended to make the holiday season that much brighter for our members; providing a little extra fun and little extra help with their mental health recovery.

While we were unable to do a formal ask last year due to Covid-19 restrictions, Laing House still received generous donations from individual donors and businesses. With their help, and enough gas, Santa Kyle (our staff member) was able to personally deliver over 50 stockings to our members.

This year, don’t miss the opportunity to contribute to youth mental health, by helping us bring holiday cheer to our Laing House members, as we aim to fill 80 stockings! Below is a list of recommendations for this year’s stockings based on feedback from our members and staff.
