Hospital Outreach
Many Laing House members have identified that time spent in hospital can be especially lonely and isolating. Members and staff go to hospital inpatient units where they are able to visit any current members of Laing House who may be in hospital. They are also able to meet other youth and inform them about Laing House with the hope that they will access Laing House and benefit from its programs. We currently visit the IWK, Nova Scotia Hospital and Abby Lane.
