Laing House Masquerade Ball, A Night in Paris
It is time to dust off the tux, buy a new ball gown, and shine up your danicing shoes - the Laing House Masquerade Ball is back to make another stop on its world tour. Laing House will host its fourth annual signature fundraising event, the Laing House Masquerade Ball, A Night in Paris, on Saturday, October 23, 2010. In just three years, the Laing House Masquerade Ball is responsible for raising over $500,000 in net profit for the essential programs and services offered at Laing House while creating awareness of youth mental illness.
The Laing House Masquerade Ball event was nominated, and won, in the categories of Outstanding Special Event and Outstanding Volunteer Fundraising Group at the 2008 Maritime Philanthropy Awards. Winning in both of these categories speaks to the the importance of Laing House in our community.
