Employment Programs

Through the Employment Program, members identify their strengths, abilities, and interests around occupational choices and/or securing employment. They develop the skills and confidence necessary to reach these employment related goals.

Community Support staff also work with employers to develop accommodating work environments for members. They provide problem-solving assistance to both the member and the employer to create and maintain a successful work situation.
