How You Can Help

Laing House always needs people like you to become part of the Laing House community. You can offer your talents and life experience as a program volunteer. Lead workshops, host cooking classes, plant a community garden, assist with creative arts programs, or teach a new skill.

You can volunteer on a committee and lend your expertise in the area of special events, fund raising, or communications.

Laing House members often need household items when moving into their own living space. Your new or gently used items may be just what they need.

Cash donations are always helpful and are used to support the innovative programs and services offered at Laing House. You can give a general donation or through our annual campaign or holiday appeal. You may also want to host a fundraiser in your home or community and give the proceeds to Laing House.

As a corporation, you may support a specific program at Laing House or choose to become a sponsor of our signature event, the Laing House Masquerade Ball.

Whether you have time or resources to give, we welcome you to become part of the Laing House family. Contact us at 902-425-9018 to discuss the many ways that that you can help youth with mental illness.
